Implementation Process

After purchasing the iMaintenance Solutions License and the Monthly Subscription and Support plan your company is ready to implement the iMaintenance Solutions software system.

• Data from your existing management and accounting system will be imported into the iMaintenance program, populating the required fields to ensure maximum system efficiency.
• Data integration is completed in 3-5 business days. Customized programs may take longer and are estimated at time of purchase.

Upon integration, you will be notified by phone or e-mail that the system is ready. You will receive your temporary User ID and Password* to login and set your account preferences.

*You can personalize your password upon entering the system
